Mark your calendars for Friday, October 6 from 5:30-7:00 pm for the Washington Trust’s Annual Members Meeting!

This is your chance to reconnect with preservation friends from across the state with a fun, informal happy hour. Washington Trust staff will share a bit about what we’ve accomplished together throughout 2023, and members will have the chance to meet and vote on new prospective members for our Board of Directors in 2024.

This year, we’re thrilled to host the Annual Members Meeting at the Red Cross Building—a historic convalescent house built in 1919, now operated by The Historic Trust—in Vancouver, on the final day of our RevitalizeWA conference.

Both members and non-members are welcome to join us for a good time, hearty appetizers, and a no-host bar of wine and beer. This event is free, but please RSVP if you plan to attend:

After the Annual Members Meeting, we recommend you put on your dancing shoes and sashay over to The Historic Trust’s Providence Academy Ballroom for live music with the Ne Plus Ultra Jass Orchestra! Featuring music from the roaring ’20s and Depression-era ’30s, including Cab Calloway, Irving Berlin, Duke Ellington, and George Gershwin, this is a special First Friday event taking place from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
