This tool was developed through a partnership between Main Street Iowa, Oregon Main Street, and Washington Main Street. This Recovery Action Plan is meant to be used and adapted by local Main Street programs of all types and in all locations whether you are just getting started with strategic planning or as an overlay for your existing plan.
