Meet the Artists
Dyl Knight (they/them)

Dyl Knight started their stained glass journey in 2024 and fell in love with the medium. They draw on their love of medieval art and gothic cathedrals, Dada surrealism, and queer life for their subjects and designs. See more of their art on their Instagram, murder.shed.glassworks.
Nic Boshart (he/him)

Nic Boshart (b. 1994, Harrisonburg, VA) is a painter whose work looks to the intersection between the majesty of the natural world and the absurdity of the mundane–his practice tends to grand philosophical concerns with a sense of humor and whimsy. Boshart often begins with a preciously articulated line drawing which is subsequently obliterated in a generative process of layered abstraction. Representational elements are present within an abstracted context, as Boshart fragments and fractures the picture plane.
Accompanying Boshart’s painting is a diverse practice including sculpture, printmaking, digital rendering, and audio. Innately curious about the world, Boshart pursues his many and multiple interests with an intensity befitting his expansive interior world. Boshart received his BFA in painting from James Madison University, a Master’s in Natural Resources from Virginia Tech, and lives and works in Everett, WA.
Nikki Rogers (she/her)

Nikki Rogers is a Capitol Hill, Seattle digital artist and owner of stationary and keepsakes shop NikkiRogersDesign. She often paints illustrative animal portraits and imbues the digital medium with a warm, handcrafted quality. See more of her art on her Instagram, nikkirogersdesign.
This event series is a part of our Thursdays at the Stimson-Green Mansion community programming.
