The Spokane Neighborhood Business District Grant, made possible by the City of Spokane using funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), has resulted in major infrastructure improvements, public art, and investments in buildings and businesses across Garland, Hillyard, North Monroe, and South Perry districts.

Hundreds of individuals—small business owners, district volunteers, city staff, and partners—made this possible. This event is for YOU: a celebration of the collective impact of these creative projects and of your love for Spokane’s unique business districts.
