Main Street Week 2023

We’re proud to announce the second annual Main Street Week, taking place June 12-16 across the state!

Main Street Week is a celebration of the more than 70 towns and cities in the Washington State Main Street Program network. Through their efforts to create welcoming public spaces and preserve historic character, bolster small businesses, and bring people together downtown, these Main Street organizations truly embody the heart and spirit of their communities.

Plus, we know that over the past decade and especially throughout the pandemic, Main Streets have been powerful drivers of economic growth and opportunity in their communities, fostering entrepreneurship, helping generate jobs, supporting small businesses, and creating places where people want to live and visit.

It’s official! June 12-16, 2023, has officially been designated as Main Street Week by Governor Inslee, in acknowledgment of the important role that Main Street plays in our towns and cities.
