  • Doug Kyle – Colville Chamber of Commerce

Partnership built Colville Together. Through a partnership with the City of Colville, Tri County Economic Development District (TEDD) and the Colville Chamber of Commerce, this band of downtown advocates has gone from a struggling steering committee to a vital Main Street Program in the past three years. This panel will explore how Colville Together became an organization, the value found in the Washington State Main Street Program, and the impacts that the organization has had on the community. Main Street organizations do not function in a vacuum – good partnerships are essential for good Main Street programs.
