You cannot save your application and come back to it—the application must be completed, including uploading all required files, and submitted in one sitting. We recommend that you do the following before filling out the application:

- Review the Frequently Asked Questions
- Review the Photo Guide
- Review the Easement draft
- Prepare your submission in your own text document
- Organize photos, bids, and all other necessary documentation as listed in the Guidelines Document in a file folder for easy access
- Complete your budget worksheet

All applicants will be notified in April 2026. Grant contracts will be drafted between April 10-July 1, 2026.
