Across Washington State, small businesses like yours are being impacted by COVID-19. Please take 5 minutes to tell us what you're experiencing so that Downtown/Main Street programs can better support you at the local level and advocate for you at the state and federal levels. Your individual responses will not be published. Responses will be analyzed by the Washington State Main Street Program to project the extent of economic damage and prioritize the kind of support you report.
