Bennett Properties is a small family run business that focuses on historic preservation and community building. We provide commercial and residential spaces in historic buildings in the South Seattle area, with a focus on building communities so that neighbors and visitors can experience a small town vibe unlike anywhere else in Seattle. These historic buildings allow for tenants to become a part of a vibrant district as well as express themselves in their spaces.
