The Washington Trust for Historic Preservation (WTHP) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from professional consulting firms with expertise in historic bridge analysis and rehabilitation for the purpose of developing a Predesign study following Washington State Office of Financial Management guidelines to evaluate existing conditions of the c. 1909 Beverly Bridge and analyze alternatives and cost estimates to adapt the bridge for pedestrian and equestrian use.
