Washington Main Street Leadership Cohorts 2022-23

Washington Main Street’s Leadership Cohorts were designed to offer accountability and community to Main Street executive directors and board chairs. The primary purpose of the cohorts is relationship building — both for the “leadership duo” and between communities — and each meeting of cohorts has a theme and set of talking points designed to support the growth and development of our Main Street programs.

Starting in November 2022, each Leadership Cohort, composed of leadership duos (executive director and board chair) from 3-5 Main Street Communities, will meet for one hour each month for six months with facilitators from Washington Main Street.

If you are interested, please register yourself and your board chair here by Friday, October 14. Please note that registration does not guarantee that you will be placed in a cohort if more communities sign up than we have capacity for. If a new board chair will start their tenure during these months, you may want to have your chair elect participate — please indicate in your final answer if this will be the case.
